  PHRF and Racing Rules 

  The SYC and SYC Sailing School will be hosting a seminar on February 22nd on PHRF ratings, updated US Sailing rules, and using those rules to help you elevate your knowledge and better understand how to use the rules to your advantage. Light refreshments will be provided.
